Tim is a respected attorney, small business owner, and longtime Virginia Beach resident who has spent decades serving his community. From winning Legal Elite and Pro-Bono Attorney of the Year awards to mentoring youth and volunteering with rescue services, Tim leads by example.
A father of two, licensed pilot, and former state Delegate, Tim brings practical experience, principled leadership, and a demonstrated history of bucking Republican leadership to vote for his constituents’ needs. He previously stepped back from office after redistricting — but now, he is ready to serve you again.
